The efficiency of the system is enhanced by a constant revision of practices and training. The company has developed safety procedures which are continuously monitored. As a result thereof, there have been no fatal work-related accidents. There were only a few accidents with a minimal loss of time worked.

In this connection, the company continues to maintain its ultimate total quality assurance objective by monitoring and measuring employee performance. This includes the prevention of accidents and malfunctions, in case these undesired events occurs deriving lessons, monitoring and measuring all the activities on a constant basis and increasing the knowledge and training level of the personnel which constitute the major component of the entire system.

Therefore, the company attaches great importance to minimizing the negative effects of construction and the harmonization of its activities with the environment of the buildings and facilities which are constructed. In this connection measurements are taken during the construction phase, and performance evaluations are conducted – all preventive measures are taken so as to revise the system for further progress.

Thus, we endeavor to keep our services and products, which may affect the environment by continuously monitoring and implementing practical changes.
